Lighting design for a historic Manhattan residence. In collaboration with Isaac & Stern Architects and interior designer Paris Forino, Studio Emy crafted a refined lighting design for the multi-family residence at 813-815 Broadway in Greenwich Village. Our approach balances elegance and minimalism, capturing the historic essence of the building while aligning with the high-end aesthetic desired by future residents. The lighting complements the architecture and interiors with understated sophistication, providing a timeless ambiance that resonates with the property’s rich history and modern allure.
